I just wanted to compliment you on those tenderloins and rib-eyes I picked up on Saturday. They were outstanding, beautifully trimmed and melt in the mouth when cooked. My little 6 year old niece said “this meat is perfect whoever made it”! She ate almost every scrap and wanted to take the last bit home. It was an outstanding dinner thanks to the quality of the meat.
We just received the dry aged rib eye steaks, elk sausage and kangaroo burgers. All – especially the steaks – are fantastic! We will be back for more!
